2. Pulling on hair can be quite painful, yet cutting hair is not painful. Explain.
When pulling your hair, the hair folicle is being pulled out and it disrupts the nerve causing pain. When cutting hair the nerve isnt being disrupted. Only the excess hair sticking out from the epidermis is being cut.
